We provide health services to Felpham, Middleton, Elmer, Yapton, Barnham, Walberton and surrounding Villages from two central surgeries - Middleton Medical Centre, Middleton and Yew Tree Surgery, Yapton.Our website contains plenty of information about the surgery, how we work and what services we provide. We also aim to use modern technology through the website to make things easier for you.

You can find out how to register at the practice, order repeat prescriptions, make general enquiries, and check appointment and opening hours. You can also find out how to contact a doctor when the surgery is closed.The Practice is accredited for GP training. This means the practice has been reviewed and gained accreditation as a practice that meets the standards to train younger doctors embarking on a career in general medical practice.

Disabled parking ramps and access are all clearly marked upon approaching both surgeries. Disabled toilets may be located by following the signs within the surgery, where the facility has been fitted.

Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) also welcomes new members.
